 I would like to amend my order. What should I do?


Please send an email to info@bloomtheloom.com within 45 minutes of placing your order. Don't forget to include your order number and the changes in which you would like to make.


 Can I return Personalised items?

Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless there is a fault caused by us.

 Can I add a personal message to gift orders?


Yes, during checkout or while adding the product to your cart there will be a box available for you to write down a personal message to be sent with the gift.

 I'd like to order more than one item as a gift with separate boxes, how can I specify which boxes I'd like to place my items in?


With our Blooming box service app, you will be able to place your specific 1 or 2 products in a single box. You can create it during checkout or while adding product to your cart. It is also possible to create more than 1 box, edit the content and change the message. Just click the gift box icon at the right corner of the page.


 I'd like to send a gift but don't want the price of the product to be seen to the recipient. What should I do?
